The Challenge

Scotland loves its food, but please don’t tar us with brushes made of deep-fried confectionery and haggis. Working with the BBC, we wanted to answer the big-hitting questions.

Why are sausages in Scotland square? How do you milk an oat? Why are there skulls and crossbones on hot sauce bottles?

So we got our knives and forks out and tucked right in to finding the answers.

The Solution

Working with the super-talented, TV presenting chef Julie Lin, plus Scotland’s funniest and most well-known farmer Jim Smith, we travelled the country and made a series of short films for the BBC’s newest food show, Coast to Coast.

These were short VTs as part of something bigger, and adding a bit of Studio Something swagger and heart to the series was an ingredient we were proud to sprinkle in.
